Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review the information carefully. If any details are incorrect, contact our customer service email immediately.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. Custom or special orders may require additional time, which will be communicated during the order process.

Shipping

  • Shipping Options: Most orders will be sent via USPS Ground. If your order is $250+ it will be sent Priority. Below are shipping estimates for domestic orders. Keep in mind that the shipping times below are estimates provided by USPS. International orders have a large time frame, anywhere from 2 weeks to a month.

    • USPS Ground Shipping: 2-8 business days

    • USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the provided link.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. These rates will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Availability: I ship internationally to select countries. Shipping times can take a month or more.

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications: If you need to modify your order, please contact to our customer service email as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed and shipped. Orders pertaining to a box break that has already happened live on Youtube cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging. Box breaks are not included.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service email with your issue.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.

  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
